The project was led by Michael Ulbin and Ryan Russo of Rhode Island Custom Builders, local builders based in Warwick, Rhode Island, with over 30 years of combined experience in residential construction. 

Throughout the development, the focus remained on quality workmanship, thoughtful execution, and consistent attention to detail, resulting in homes built to a high standard of quality and efficiency.
